Data Improvement Consent

This document explains the optional, revocable consent you may give NAL to use your data — in anonymized and aggregated form — to improve and evaluate the quality of the service. It supplements, and must be read together with, the Privacy Policy.

1. What you are agreeing to

If you turn this consent on, you allow NAL to use the data generated through your use of the platform — in an anonymized or aggregated form — to:

• measure and improve the quality, reliability and performance of the service;
• understand which features are used and how, so we can prioritise improvements;
• diagnose problems, reduce errors, and evaluate changes before we roll them out;
• produce aggregate statistics and internal analytics.

"Anonymized" means the data is processed so that it can no longer be attributed to you without additional information; "aggregated" means it is combined with data from other users so that no individual is identifiable.

2. What this consent does NOT cover

• No AI model training. This consent does not permit, and NAL does not use your content to train AI models. That position is unchanged from the Terms of Service and Content License.
• No sale of your data. Anonymized data is never sold (see Privacy Policy §4.2 and the no-resale guarantee in the Content License).
• No identification. We do not attempt to re-identify you from anonymized or aggregated data.

This consent is limited to anonymized analytics and service-quality improvement — nothing more.

3. It is voluntary

Giving this consent is entirely voluntary. You are never required to enable it, and it is off by default. Whether it is on or off has no effect on your access to the service, your account, your wallet, or any feature you are otherwise entitled to use.

4. You can withdraw it at any time

You may turn this consent off at any time in your account settings (Profile → Privacy). Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not affect your access to the service in any way. Because the data covered by this consent is anonymized or aggregated, it generally cannot be traced back to you in order to be deleted individually; withdrawing simply stops future use under this consent.

5. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

This consent is consistent with, and governed by, the Privacy Policy, which describes in full how NAL collects, uses, retains and protects data, and the data-subject rights available to you under GDPR and 152-FZ. Where this document and the Privacy Policy address the same topic, the Privacy Policy's protections continue to apply.

6. Changes

If we materially change the scope of this consent, we will update the version number and the effective date above, and — where required — ask you to review the updated consent.
