Local Apps Privacy Notice

This notice applies to NAL applications that run entirely on your device and are listed as "local" in their store description — for example, an offline tool, an on-device utility (such as a camera app), or an offline game that never signs you in to a NAL account. If an application connects to a NAL account or a NAL server, it is not covered by this notice; the main Privacy Policy governs it instead.

Effective date: 2026-07-14

1. The Short Version

This application does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, or share any personal or user data.

Everything the application does happens locally on your device. We — the developer — never receive your data, because the application does not send it to us or to anyone else. The only possible exception is a one-time purchase, if the application is paid — see Section 3.

2. Google Play Data Safety — What This Maps To

If you obtained this application from Google Play, its Data safety section declares:

This notice and the Data safety declaration are consistent by design: because nothing is collected, there is nothing to share, transfer, or delete on our side. (If the app is sold directly by NAL rather than through the store — see Section 3(b) — the Data safety section additionally declares "Payment info — collected for app functionality; not shared; not sold"; every other row stays None.)

3. Purchases (paid apps)

If the application is paid, buying it is the only data event. There are two ways it may be sold, and NAL sees different things in each:

• (a) Through an app store (Google Play, Apple App Store). The store processes your payment under its own privacy policy. NAL does not receive or store your payment details — we only receive a payout from the store. Your licence is validated through the store, and apart from that the application stays entirely on your device.
• (b) Directly from NAL (via our payment provider, Stripe or YooKassa). Making the purchase requires a one-time connection to complete the payment. NAL stores only the minimal transaction record (amount, last 4 digits, payment token) — never your full card number — as described in the Privacy Policy and Payments and Refunds. After that the application runs on your device and does not connect to the internet again.

In both cases the application itself stores no other personal data on our servers and does not track you.

4. On-Device Permissions

The application may ask your operating system for permissions (for example: files, storage, microphone, or camera) so that a feature can work. When it does:

• the permission is used only locally, on your device;
• the data the permission grants access to is processed on-device and is not uploaded to NAL or any third party;
• you can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings, and the corresponding feature will simply stop working.

For example, a local camera app uses the camera permission to take and process photos on your device; the photos are yours and are not sent to us.

5. What This Application Does NOT Do

• No account. It does not require or create a NAL account.
• No analytics. It contains no usage analytics or telemetry SDKs.
• No cookies or trackers.
• No advertising and no ad identifiers.
• No third-party SDKs that collect or transmit data.
• No network calls that carry your personal or user data to us (apart from a one-time purchase completed directly with NAL — Section 3(b)).

6. Who We Are

The developer is Neural Agent Ledger ("NAL", in registration). You can reach us about this notice at privacy@nal.digital. Until registration completes, the responsible person is the founder; contact the same address for current details.

7. Children

This application collects no data from anyone, including children under 16. Because nothing is collected, transmitted, or stored on our servers, there is no personal data of a child for us to hold or process.

8. If This Application Later Adds an Online Feature

If a future version of this application adds a feature that connects to a NAL account or a NAL server (for example, cloud sync or sign-in), that feature is governed by the main Privacy Policy. We will:

• update the store listing and the Data safety declaration to reflect the new data handling; and
• notify you before any collection begins.

Until that happens, the "collects nothing" statement in this notice remains accurate.

9. Stable URL and Changes

This notice lives at a stable, public address: https://account.nal.digital/en/legal/local-apps. It is not geofenced and is not a PDF. If we change it, we update the version number and effective date above.
