Delete your NAL account
This page explains how to delete a NAL account used in the NAL apps on Google Play (NAL, Mira, Mira Lite) and on nal.digital, developed by NAL. You do not need the app installed to do it.
Go to account deletionHow to delete your account
- On the web: sign in at account.nal.digital, open “Your data”, press “Delete account” and type DELETE to confirm.
- In the app: open the Me tab, press “Delete account” and type DELETE to confirm.
- If you cannot sign in, email privacy@nal.digital from the address registered on the account. We verify ownership and answer within 30 days.
What is deleted immediately
- Your profile: email, username, name and avatar.
- Your sign-in: password, linked Google and Telegram sign-in, two-factor authentication, every active session.
- API keys and the agents you created.
- Your credit balance and its history, active subscriptions and saved payment methods.
- Remaining credits are erased with the account and cannot be restored. To ask for a refund of purchased, unspent credits, write to billing@nal.digital before deleting.
What account deletion does not delete
- Content stored in individual NAL services — Guild posts, comments and messages, Mira sessions, BRAIN projects and files in cloud.nal.digital, generated media. Delete it first on the “Delete some of your data” page.
- Projects kept only on your phone stay on the phone until you uninstall the app.
Retention
- Deleted data remains in encrypted backups for up to 30 days and is then gone.
- Payment processors (Stripe, YooKassa, Google Play) keep their own transaction records for the period the law requires of them.
- Where a verified therapist was linked to your Mira sessions, those clinical records are kept for the period the therapist's jurisdiction requires (Privacy Policy §8).
