Delete some of your NAL data
You can delete parts of your data without deleting your NAL account — the account used in the NAL apps on Google Play (NAL, Mira, Mira Lite) and on nal.digital, developed by NAL.
Go to “Your data”How
- Sign in at account.nal.digital and open “Your data”. Each category has its own delete button and asks you to confirm.
- Categories without a button are deleted on request: the page opens an email to privacy@nal.digital with the category filled in. We verify the request comes from the account owner and complete it within 30 days.
Deleted immediately, from “Your data”
- Guild activity: your posts and comments are anonymised (author becomes “deleted user”); your reactions, saved feeds, notifications, reports, blocks, mutes and reputation are deleted.
- Sign-in on other devices: every session except the one you are using is signed out.
- API keys: every key is revoked.
- Agents you created: every agent is deleted.
- Profile picture.
Deleted on request
- Mira: sessions, journal, homework and what Mira remembers about you.
- Tarot readings.
- BRAIN projects and chats. Files in cloud.nal.digital you can also delete yourself there at any time.
- Studio, Comic and Music projects and generated media.
- NAL NET job history: prompts and results.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your credit balance and its history stay while the account exists — they are what the balance is made of — and are deleted with the account. Payment processors (Stripe, YooKassa, Google Play) keep their own transaction records as the law requires of them.
- Mira sessions where a verified therapist was linked are kept for the period the therapist's jurisdiction requires (Privacy Policy §8).
- Deleted data remains in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.
- Withdrawing the data-improvement consent (Profile page) stops further use; data already anonymised cannot be traced back to you and is not deleted individually.
